Mumbai, Aug 18 (PTI) The U.S. Dollar ended sharply higher against the Rupee at Rs.43.59/60 per dollar and the Pound Sterling also finished higher at Rs.81.38/40 per pound at the Interbank Foreign Exchange (Forex) market here today.
