'Seattle Times' Loses 125 Employees to Cuts

NEW YORK The Seattle Times Co. has cut the staff at its flagship newspaper by 125 employees. Of the total, 73 staffers were laid off while 52 left voluntarily, 51 of whom accepted buyout offers, the Seattle Times reports today.
