A former Latham & Watkins partner has jailed for fraud. Back in 2008 the firm discovered anomalies in US partner Samuel Fishman's expenses claims and time recording. As well as padding his time, he was accused of putting expensive meals and parking fees down as photocopying and postage expenses....
