Vista Power Plan: -Power Saver -Balance -High Performance what it really do? I just think if you have a 2 GHZ CPU then -Power Saver will set your CPU to maybe 1.6 GHZ -Balance will set your CPU to normal 2.0 GHZ -High Performance will overclock your CPU to maybe 2.2 GHZ Can anyone tell? Thanks.....
