Cathy Cress holds an MSW in Aging from U.C. Berkeley. Her book , Handbook of Geriatric Care Management, Jones and Bartlett, came out in a second edition in February 2007. Her new book Care Managers, Working With the Aging Functional and Dysfunctional Family, Jones and Bartlett,will be out in 2008. Ms. Cress is the founder of GCM Consult ,working with beginning GCM businesses She is a lecturer in Gerontology, the GCM concentration at San Francisco State University and lectures on aging at Cabrillo College.
