Overview In 1992, Diane Eade founded Advanced Leadership Group in New Jersey offering strategies for the executive at all corporate levels.
EXPERIENCED EXECUTIVE
Diane’s blue-chip career began in product management at S.C. Johnson Wax where she handled industry favorites like Glade, OFF! and Raid. She then advanced to McCormick spice company as new products manager. Later, she joined the Durkee-French Foods division of Reckitt & Colman, managing French’s and Colman’s mustard lines. At all three corporations, Diane also created and facilitated leading edge programs in marketing and management.
MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER
As well as being a compelling speaker at corporate sales and business meetings, Diane also inspires participants with her energized lectures on marketing and personal development. She has been a guest at the State University of New York at Binghamton, Rutgers and universities throughout Mexico.
SERVICE
Diane believes that service is a key responsibility of leaders. She is currently on the Board of Directors of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and serves as the Gateway Guru for the Gateway Regional Chamber of Commerce. She has served as President of the Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce as well as on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts; she actively supports numerous charities, and is often a pro bono speaker for groups and associations throughout the country. Diane is an honored member of International Who’s Who and appears in the National Directory of Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals. Diane has also been chosen Woman of the Year by the American Business Women’s Association, Morris County Chapter, and MVP of the Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce.
