I Have Adopted a Different Philosophy of Doing Business!

My way of doing business is to think of my relationship with a client as a long-term association . . . not for just a "deal" . . . like many "cab drivers" out there.

It's important for my clients to know . . . I have their best interests in mind.

I choose to tell the truth and live by the truth. Again and again, I have found that people prefer my working this way. My concern is about my clients' well-being, their goals, and what is best for them, always!

My Clients Are In Complete Control!

I work for you. There is never pressure to accept a loan option that's not right for you . . . because you are in control. (Sometimes, those cab drivers try and recommend "short cuts" that end up leaving you far short of your goal.)

A high percentage of my business comes to me from referrals . . . friends, past clients, friends of past clients, and even other Realtors across North America.

Because these people have dealt with me in the past, and have seen first-hand the high level of service and commitment I provide to my clients, there is a very high level of trust. That means: trust in my integrity, in my level of skill and market knowledge to do the best job possible, and my commitment to put the needs and requirements of my clients first!

I work on a By Referral Only basis, meaning that if I provide my clients with the high level of service they deserve and require, I expect that my clients will refer their friends, relatives, and work associates to me.

My goal is to do 100% of my business By Referral Only . . . with referred people who trust my skills and counsel. The only way for me to accomplish that is by exceeding your expectations - delivering a level of service to you that you have never experienced.

A second way I differentiate myself is by offering guarantees of service with a consequence to me if I don't perform for you as promised. I have several distinct guarantees for new homebuyers and current homeowners which raise the "bar" of quality to which everyone who is in a service business should aspire.

Here's What I Guarantee!!

* I will allow you to cancel your loan at any time if you aren't satisfied with my level of service to you. I have been told by some top agents that if they allowed their clients to do this, they would lose half of their listings.
* I will listen to what you have to say. I want to know what your concerns are, what questions you have, and how I can best help you! I want you to be educated and informed about your options . . . and confident you are making the right decision for YOUR personal circumstances.
* Once you realize that I won't be pressuring you into doing anything, there's a major turning point in our relationship . . . trust has been established between us! You will be more open with me, comfortable sharing what really matters to you. That, in turn, allows me to better advise you and to give you a wide range of options.
* How do you "sign on" to this lifetime program? A simple handshake will do. I know you are an honest person of integrity - just like me. I want to do business with people like that and I am sure that you do, too!
