• I was responsible for product development, standard specifications and options for three new product lines targeted for specific market niches in the Charlotte MSA. My division won 4 Gold MAME awards for most outstanding design in 2006 and 2007.
• Hired staff for new division and developed process map for division tasks that enabled the team to start operations quickly. Kept new team motivated by diligent positive feedback.
• I developed comprehensive customer care program that enabled the division to achieve superior scores in the AVID rating system as well as a 35% referral rate.
• Hired local Advertising Agency that helped develop corporate branding in a new market and increase internet awareness for the division. Quickly became one of the top divisions for internet leads based on an aggressive search engine optimization program. Gold MAME awards for best brochure and corporate DVD.
