Overview
John Paul Marosy is the nation's leading expert on elder care/work balance. The author of two books on the subject, including the award-winning Elder Care: A Six Step Guide to Balancing Work and Family. John Paul is founder and president of Bringing Elder Care Home LLC www.bringingeldercarehome.com, a planning and training firm focused on elder care/work balance. He offers training for managers and trains other trainers to deliver a seminar for employees entitled "Elder Care and Work: Finding the Balance."

John Paul also serves as executive director of VNA Private Care, an affiliate of the Visiting Nurse Association of Boston that provides personalized, private home care, geriatric care management, and corporate elder care services.

A former president of the Massachusetts Gerontology Association and board of directors of the National Family Caregivers Association, John Paul has over 30 years' experience in executive management in home health care, including service as President of the Home Health Assembly of New Jersey and CEO of the Visiting Nurse Affiliates of Cambridge (Mass.). He is a graduate of Boston University and Saint Peter's College.
