Overview
I am an Associate Broker primarily in the Metro Atlanta Real Estate Market .
My real estate experience spans 14.85 years with sales above 415 homes. I am an ASR (Accredited Sellers Representative) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative). My expertise in Mortgage/Finance is excellent and efforts are made constantly to find not only the best rates for clients, but also, stay abreast of all the best possibilities in mortgages (NO FUNNY-STYLE LOANS HERE)

My experience prior to realestate includes 7 years as a Property/Casualty Adjuster and putting peoples lives and property back together following fires, winstorms, floods and other catastrophies.-------------Additionally, I worked 14 years in the Concrete Chemical & Products industry working with concrete ready-mix, pipe,block, precast and color concrete. I designed concrete and was a concrete testing examiner. During the last 6 years in concrete Admixtures my work was in specifications where I called on architects, civil and structural engineers and State DOT departments for concrete technology.

These past experiences assist my realestate Buyers in home selection and inspection and my Sellers in home repair and preparation for selling their home.

Bachelor of Science - Double Major: Marketing & Business Administration 1965 - 1969
Delta Chi Fraternity (president of pledge class) fraternity sports and intramural sports. worked 15 to 20 hours per week to complete my education. My grades in my major were good. I also successfully completed 25 hours of Graduate School in management.
