Overview
Ralph Guito has 20 years of extensive multi-state and federal complex litigation experience. He has personally tried and settled cases resulting in millions of dollars in recovery for his clients. His background as a Mechanical Engineer before becoming an attorney provides him with an increased understanding of the technical and practical issues that are present in the prosecution of products liability cases, including consumer products, automobiles, recreational vehicles and industrial machinery, as well as complex medical malpractice & pharmaceutical liability cases. Mr. Guito’s experience as a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit court mediator, and approved federal court mediator, aides him when advising clients of their case-specific risks and the benefits of alternative dispute resolution, where appropriate.
