The company is headquartered in Massachusetts and is run by President, Rebecca Trelfa. Rebecca has built her entire career around remote assistance and management. From the time she was 19, she has been worked in an administrative capacity. As a traditional Administrative Assistant and Office Manager in Corporate America she spent years working with remote teams, and developing new ways to be productive. Her job was to keep everyone in the loop, provide them with the tools they needed, and continually improve upon systems that increased productivity.

She has since applied those same principals to her Virtual Assistance practice in 1999, and continues to improve upon them today with her virtual staffing company, Virtual Dynamos Worldwide, Inc.

She has been considered a Team Designer, Team Leader, Team Manager ... you name it. And, she's coached many successful Virtual Assistants on how to become more valuable to their clients.
