Overview
CURRENTLY:
President, RC Anderson, Johnstown, PA … CHALLENGE –Develop “brokerage” for relevant, open-source intelligence on homeland security. As a keynote speaker/consultant, Bob promotes the ideas of limited government, individual rights, personal responsibility, free-market economics, patriotism and a strong national defense -- high energy, original and audience targeted -- for inspiration and entertainment.
Bob is a retired U.S. Marine who has developed and led national and international multi-million dollar business operations, aligned with U.S. national defense, that were responsible for critical operations or new business development. He is an experienced emergency “911 response force" — fostering creativity and innovation to solve today's complex business and technology problems. These operations included strategic planning and analysis, business intelligence, and business development. He has over 30 years of hands-on experience working with challenging situations - often in less than favorable situations.
PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
General Management (Domestic & International)
• Keynote speaker, consultant, author, open source intelligence ‘broker’ on homeland security.
• Directed and led major business development and program management efforts, including research and development, valued from $20M to $500M.
• Evaluated, modified and turned around troubled multi-million dollar business operations.
• Created and negotiated multi-million dollar joint ventures for international business ventures.
• Experienced team builder – recruiting, developing, training, motivation and leadership.
• Created and developed Command & Control Warfare concept & strategy and help mature strategy for Information Operations/Warfare.
• Designed and implemented Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) enterprise architecture and cryptologic support for five U.S. Marine Expeditionary Forces.
• Operational Sr. Program Manager for U.S. Air Force development of new landing control system (radars, communications, computers and software).
PUBLICATIONS & PRESENTATIONS:
• Published “The Ultimate Strategic Thinker’s Handbook” (with five audio tapes for training of Sr. Program Managers)
• Published six articles to help Department of Defense implement new strategy for gaining or protecting information for competitive advantage.
• Presentation to Naval Post Graduate School on information operations (product development and management techniques, protection of intellectual property, and protecting commercial trade secrets or information that provides competitive advantage)
• Presentation to Naval War College on information operations (product development and management techniques, protection of intellectual property, and protecting commercial trade secrets or information that provides competitive advantage)
