Vanya Hristova is a full time Professional Real Estate Consultant. She is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors (ABR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Vanya has over nine years of Real Estate experience in the Atlanta area, specializing in Fulton, Cobb and Dekalb Counties. Vanya's portfolio includes projects with developers, builders, real estate investors and a sizable number of repeat clientele. Vanya has been consistently a part of the Top 2% Real Estate Producers in the country. Vanya is fluent in English and Bulgarian and has excellent comprehension skills in Russian and Serbian. Vanya is an Associate Broker and holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of Delaware.
