Director, The Daniel Murphy Scholarship Foundation (DMSF).

At DMSF, we provide four-year high school scholarships and educational support services to economically disadvantaged Chicago eighth grade students who demonstrate academic and leadership potential. DMSF Scholars attend 40 private and parochial day in Chicago and 30 of the finest boarding schools across the USA.

Since its inception DMSF has awarded over 1,300 scholarships. Over 800 DMSF Scholars have graduated from high school, and 95% have matriculated on to college –including placements at Harvard, Stanford, Northwestern, Yale, Howard, Williams, Penn, University of Chicago, Notre Dame, and the Unversity of Michigan. Collectively, these Scholars have won millions of dollars in college scholarships.

There are currently 398 students enrolled in the college preparatory program.
