| | | How I Start My Real Estate Work Each Day |
A good real estate agent works with many important tools to help better assist buyers, sellers, keep up with the real estate markets, and manage her/his database and record keeping. Below is what I do daily:
1. Check text messages, emails, voice messages. 2. Check Google Calendar and Jott for To Dos, tasks, events, ideas. Jott is a great organizer for me. 3. Check my Treo Calender since I keep events on my Treo and in Google Calendar. 4. Check my contact database to update information, feed new contacts into my database, and work on assignments. 5. Call Jott and add new jotts throughout the day. Jott is a service that transcribes my voice messages. 6. Check the Multiple Listing Service, and Trulia for local real estate sales and solds. Research homes for buyers. 7. Use Google Maps and Google Earth to study neighborhoods, and homes. 8. Update my blogs at Wordpress, Blogger, GoDaddy, Point2Agent, WannaNetwork, ActiveRain, PropertyDoctor, Facebook, MySpace and other sites. Fill my blogs with helpful, practical real estate and technology information. 9. Read comments to my blogs and comments for me on websites. 10. Read real estate news, trends, fashions, market data, technology information on Congoo.com, and in blogsites. 11. Service customers requests.
My day is filled with interesting, producting, but often demanding work. I like it because I like what I do. The internet offers me the absolute essential tools to getting my work better advanced, and accomplished. | | More |
