For the past two or three weeks I've been on a fitness and health regime and I'm happy to announce that it was Britney who inspired me to embark on it.
I was saddened to see pictures of her having put on weight and she seemed to have let herself go. How could such a beautiful successful celeb with a perfectly toned figure suddenly lose it?
