I think that the recruitment process sucks - for both the Candidate Marketer and the potential Employer. Why, with tens of thousands - yes, there are that many - recruitment companies in the UK, we would have something that would be a real value-add to the process, specifically for Marketers and marketing?
I am interested in what you think about the
process of recruitment for Marketers - whether you have been seeking a
job recently, are 'happily' in one at the moment, or indeed have been
involved in recruiting staff yourself. I truly value your opinion - I think
we (Marketers and Marketing) are poorly served, and want to do something about it.
