The "Tryathalon" of the Real Estate Industry, namely: denial, acceptance & consolidation are still the forewords of our present Market Place.
Statistics , nationwide, are showing 80% of 1.45M new home projects moving forward, with creative financing & continued great builder incentives.
Re-sale could pay more attention to this 3 legged Race in order to compete at all, as resisting change to continuing declining housing prices, is keeping many Buyers with respected incomes just watching on the sidelines !
So,the self fullfilling Prophecy of what goes up must come down is still happening ..Or, is that called Karma?
After all, historically speaking, Real Estate is cyclical with the Sellers of "yester-year", saying , "i will pick & chose " but now the names have changed and they are called the Buyers of to-day in charge saying the same thing !
Savy Sellers moving quickly into the 3rd stage " Tryathalon", are more rapidly able to forge ahead to a lighter and possibly less burdened day in the Life, hopefully, over-all.
So, let's ask ourselves....Knowing that the only thing that doesn't change Is change...What am I resisting , possibly creating inharmony in My life, to-day?
