I certainly don’t feel the need to also talk about Jamie Lynn Spears’ pregnancy, but I do have a completely unrelated question, one that I’ve pondered occasionally over the years … Is fame a family affair? Once one child “hits” in the glitz biz, do the parents seek to hedge their bets by pushing more children forward into the spotlight?
Or … Do entertainment talents simply run in the family? No, I have to think it’s more a matter of opportunity than genetics. Just look at this long list of "family affairs"; I’m sure it's not all-inclusive …

Paris and Nicky Hilton (though this ain’t no sibling thing – it’s a dynasty thing!)
