| Gaming Enters Pharma Training |

With the influx of Gen-X and Gen-Y professionals in the pharma work force, gaming and simulation has entered the training market. Gaming may even replace the traditional, and often reviled, "role playing" methods in training. However, gaming provides not only today's young professionals with an interactive and dynamic training approach, Baby Boomers may also appreciate this approach in lieu of outdated and static learning models.
Game-based training may require new ways of selling to management who may be slow to adopt and buy into this approach, but service providers of this technology emphasizes that training may be both fun and effective.
